Underneath all the bullshit and the feeling that “I should be further along in my ___” (fill in the blank) you’re ALREADY perfect and whole. Oh, it’s true. I’ve done enough work in the Akashic Realm to see the bigger picture. Y’all are perfect.
Okay. If you’re perfect and whole, why do you need me? Well, there’s still that pesky unsettling feeling and all the bullshit. Yeah. If you’re reading this, you probably don’t feel whole. Maybe there are some patterns or behaviors that you just can’t seem to quit. Maybe some ways of thinking and acting that aren’t serving you. Maybe you feel lost or confused or out of place. Or that you don’t belong. Or that there’s something missing… “If I just had X, I know I’d be happy.” Have you ever said that and then gotten X? Did it bring lasting happiness? If you’re still reading this, I’m guessing it didn’t.
I know about all of that crap because I’m human and I also deal with it. And after decades of thinking I had to do it alone and that I didn’t deserve/couldn’t afford/wasn’t worthy of getting help, I started getting help. I started doing the work on myself to realize that, damn, my life might not be perfect, but I’m pretty fricking awesome. And it was fun. So much so that I thought, why not train to do this work myself. And now I’m a certified change steward through the Ethical Coaching Collective!
That was a long-winded way of saying, 1. You’re capable, and 2. Let someone (preferably me) help you to realize it.
Our brains are awesome. And they’re the most sadistic fucks too. Seriously. There’s a negativity bias. There’s all this behavioral crap that gets hard wired in. Fortunately, we can teach our brains to work differently. We are not at the mercy of our brains. NO. That shit can be rewritten! I’ve experienced this time and time again. And it’s AWESOME. I’ve got a whole toolkit of techniques to get you out of your own way so you can start living the life you want, so you can thrive, so you can love EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR LIFE. In other words, wholeness.
This IS work. But believe me when I say we will have fun doing this work together. Why do it if it’s not going to be fun? In fact, let’s think of it as play! After all, it is part science, part art, part alchemy, part dance. I have to believe ONE of those four appeals to you.
You will feel empowered. You will feel excited to wake up in the mornings. You will feel competent and confident to let your light shine. Let me help you see just how fucking bright you can shine!

Nuts & Bolts
60 minute sessions are $210 USD.
75 minute sessions (which can include Akashic & Intuitive work if desired) are $260 USD.
3 pack & 6 pack series of 60 minute sessions are available for $600 and $1111 respectively. These can incorporate any of the modalities offered as we see fit!
The sessions are virtual using Zoom, phone, Whatsapp, or whatever is agreed upon.
